Job summary

Kong is seeking an ADR Team Lead to support the NEMEA region (UK, Benelux, Nordics). This player-coach role carries personal targets while actively developing the team and driving process improvements across Salesforce and Outreach.

You’ll report to the Senior Manager for NEMEA and help newer ADRs ramp fast, while contributing to weekly forecasting and broader GTM motions. This is a high-impact leadership position for an experienced ADR ready to elevate others.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales/ADR team.
• Strong ability to coach and ramp new reps.
• Proven forecasting and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach ADRs in the NEMEA region (UK, Benelux, Nordics).
• Own your pipeline targets while developing the team around you.
• Collaborate with the Senior Manager for NEMEA and enablement teams.
• Drive process improvements and tooling adoption (Salesforce, Outreach).
• Support onboarding and 1:1 coaching for less tenured reps.
