Job summary

Certas Energy Bristol is seeking a Class C/C+E ADR Tanker Driver to deliver fuel safely and efficiently across the region. You will operate company vehicles, load and discharge products, and ensure every delivery is completed with high safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Class C or Class C+E licence, depending on the role.
• CPC is essential.
• Digital tachograph card is mandatory.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the fuel industry would be an advantage.
• PDP qualification is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products safely and efficiently to customers, following delivery instructions and company procedures.
• Operate company vehicles and depot equipment in line with standard operating procedures.
• Complete daily vehicle checks and ensure the vehicle is roadworthy.
• Load and discharge products safely and check loading sheets against delivery tickets.
• Verify customer details, product grade and tank capacity before delivery.
• Re-check ullage and ensure correct dispensing volume.
• Obtain customer signatures upon delivery where possible.
• Report accidents, incidents, spills and unsafe delivery sites immediately.
• Follow Health, Safety and Environmental policies and wear PPE at all times.
• Attend safety meetings and contribute to depot operations.
• Maintain a smart appearance and Certas Energy uniform when representing the company.
• Provide customers with first-class service through courteous interactions.
• Promote relevant sales campaigns and the Planned Delivery Service where appropriate.
• Maintain understanding of Certas Energy's products and services and delivery precautions.
• Ensure effective use of IT systems and comply with company policies.
