Job summary

Driver Hire Swindon is seeking an experienced LGV/HGV driver to deliver LPG cylinders to customer sites. ADR training will be provided, and previous ADR experience is welcome but not essential. The role is Monday to Friday with a regular pay rate and overtime opportunities.

The position requires safe handling of cylinders, completing paperwork, and maintaining high health and safety standards while representing the company professionally.

Qualifications

ADR LPG CYLINDER DELIVERY DRIVER ADR TRAINING PROVIDED

Monday to Friday | £17.70 per hour | £26.55 overtime after 42.5 hours

Our client is looking for an experienced and reliable LGV/HGV Driver to join their team, delivering LPG cylinders safely and efficiently to customer premises.

NO ADR? NO PROBLEM!

Full ADR training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Previous ADR experience is desirable but not essential.

The Role

• Deliver LPG cylinders safely to customer premises
• Load and unload LPG cylinders
• Complete vehicle and equipment checks
• Ensure deliveries are completed safely and on time
• Provide a professional and friendly customer service
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Follow all ADR, health & safety and company procedures
• Ensure the vehicle and load are secure and compliant

We're Looking For

• Valid LGV/HGV driving licence appropriate for the role
• Previous delivery or commercial driving experience
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Comfortable with the physical aspects of loading and unloading cylinders
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and follow company procedures
