South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a CAMHS practitioner to join the Adolescent Team (MDT). You will work alongside psychiatry, clinical psychology, nursing, therapy and social work colleagues to assess and treat young people aged 12 to 18 with complex mental health needs.

You will coordinate care, support families and carers, contribute to group work, maintain high-quality records, and participate in research and service development while promoting an integrated care model

Qualifications

• Clinical assessment and treatment skills for CAMHS
• Experience in MDT working is desirable
• Ability to coordinate care and manage a clinical caseload
• Engagement with families and carers and professional networks
• Record-keeping to professional standards

Responsabilités

• Participate as an MDT member in the assessment and treatment of children and young people referred to CAMHS.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of client contact and activity.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment and high operational standards in clinical systems.
• Link with statutory and voluntary agencies for referrals and joint work.
• Contribute to service development, research, and continuous professional development.
