Qualifikationen

• Assess and develop evidence-based intervention plans for CYP with mild to moderate mental health needs.
• Provide evidence-based, 1:1 and group interventions for CYP aged 5-25.
• Maintain comprehensive records and contribute to data collection and reporting in the digital patient record system (CYP IAPTUS).
• Work in partnership with families, schools and educators to implement plans and evaluate outcomes.
• Adhere to safeguarding, confidentiality and professional standards.

• Attend regular supervision and MDT meetings.
• Deliver psychoeducation and training workshops for children, young people, parents and staff.
• Signpost referrals to services for more complex needs.
