Job summary

MAP is seeking an Adobe Lead Application Consultant to steer the technical vision and delivery of enterprise Adobe solutions for global brands. You will design scalable marketing frameworks, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure end-to-end delivery aligned with client strategy.

You will translate business objectives into scalable technical blueprints, mentor developers and consultants, and partner with senior leadership to guide complex campaigns and data initiatives across Adobe

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in application consulting, marketing technology, or technical consulting.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level delivery and marketing automation architectures.
• Subject matter expertise in major marketing platforms (Adobe Campaign/AEP or similar).

Responsibilities

• Direct technical workstreams across operations, development, and client teams for flawless delivery.
• Drive adoption and standardisation of Adobe applications across client ecosystems.
• Design and oversee complex, customised business rules and automations in Adobe platforms.
• Translate architectural designs into production-ready solutions within Adobe environments.
• Establish QA/UAT frameworks and best practices for Adobe implementations.
• Act as primary escalation point for complex technical issues across Adobe apps.
• Lead client-facing technical workshops with marketing leadership to capture needs.
• Direct use of Adobe Experience Platform to architect audiences and data governance.
• Mentor junior and senior consultants to maintain delivery excellence.
