Job summary

Ambition Institute in Birmingham is seeking an Admissions Officer to join the Admissions & Operations team on a permanent, full-time basis. The role supports applicants from enquiry to onboarding, guiding them through the journey with timely communications and data-driven follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and clearly to queries and guiding applicants through the journey.
• Manage and convert applicant pipelines through communications, enquiries, and calls; explain programme details and admissions criteria.
• Use Pardot and Salesforce to monitor communications and track applicant progress.
• Maintain accurate data records and contribute to process improvements through data analysis.
