Job summary
Bath Spa University is seeking a Short Course Unit Admissions Officer to deliver admissions for a portfolio of short courses, including government funded and private programmes. The role spans multiple workstreams with learners, partners and stakeholders to upskill and reskill.
The post is full-time, fixed-term to cover maternity leave, with an end date around January 2028. You will work with the Admissions and Data Manager to process applications, arrange interviews, and support reporting while
Qualifications
- Experience in complex multi-partner environments.
- Excellent communication and negotiation with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organisation and time management.
- Experience handling GDPR-compliant information and reporting.
- Background in Further or Higher Education
Responsibilities
- Assist with admissions across multiple short-course workstreams.
- Support recruitment activities and respond to applicant inquiries.
- Process applications and arrange interviews.
