Job summary

Arden University is seeking an Admissions Officer to join the Admissions Team in a hybrid role with weekly travel to the Coventry head office. You will process applications for the courses Arden offers, assess documentation and liaise with academics to ensure informed, compliant decisions.

You will use the CRM system to handle applications efficiently and accurately. This role provides a great start in Higher Education within an innovative, student-centered organisation that values accessibility

Responsibilities

• Make admissions decisions on standard Arden University applications in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with admissions policies.
• Assess application documentation and request further information as needed to inform decisions.
• Communicate with academics and recruitment on non-standard applications to ensure appropriate decisions.
• Issue accurate offers to students demonstrating eligibility to study.
• Explain Arden University entry requirements to others.
