Job summary

Bradford College is seeking a Curriculum Team Leader for the Business & Professional Services provision. You will lead curriculum areas, drive learner outcomes, and provide inspirational leadership to staff and students.

The role includes teaching, business development, and managing resources, with weekend/evening work as needed. Ideal candidates will be learner- and quality-focused, supporting the College’s vision to transform lives and embed Equity, Diversity & Inclusion in everyday practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification expected.
• Level 5 teaching qualification required.
• GCSE 4-9 (A*-C) or Level 2 Maths/English (or pass test with plan to achieve).

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of courses across curriculum areas including enrolment, retention and achievement targets.
• Maintain timetables and records for staff and students for MIS and audits.
• Ensure Initial Advice and Guidance is delivered and MIS data informs outcomes.
• Oversee overall curriculum team management and leadership.
• Undertake teaching as agreed with HoD and Curriculum Area Manager.
• Lead business development and recruitment within the curriculum areas.
