Nelson and Colne College in Nelson, Lancashire is seeking an Admissions Interviewer to join the Pipeline Outreach Team on a casual/temporary basis. You will conduct Connect Chats, help learners decide on courses, and support recruitment and conversion activities across multiple sites.

The role requires a full driving licence, willingness to travel, and the ability to work Tue/Thu evenings with some day activity during the year. An enhanced DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• 4 GCSEs or equivalent including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant area
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
• Passion for supporting young people in achieving their potential
• Excellent communication skills, with strong interpersonal and listening skills
• Organised, professional and customer-focused manner
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, and strong attention to detail for data input

Responsabilités

• Deliver Connect Chats to prospective learners, guiding course choices
• Support learner recruitment and conversion activities across the organisation
• Act as a positive ambassador for the College and provide an outstanding admissions experience
• Travel between College sites and partner schools when required
• Attend and complete training programmes prior to commencing
