Job summary

East Lancashire Learning Group is seeking an Admissions Interviewer to join the Pipeline Outreach Team on a casual basis. You will deliver Connect Chats, helping learners explore course options and access required support, while representing the College positively.

Flexibility for Tuesday/Thursday evenings and occasional day activity is essential. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required, with enhanced DBS checks for working with vulnerable groups.

Qualifications

• 4 GCSEs including Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above.
• Level 3 qualification in a relevant area.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Connect Chats (admissions interviews) to prospective learners.
• Support learner recruitment and conversion activities across the organisation.
• Act as a positive ambassador and provide accurate data input.
