Job summary

Holy Family Catholic School in Greater London is seeking an Admissions, Attendance & Admin Officer to join the admin team. The role involves administering the admissions process, keeping student data accurate and up to date, and monitoring attendance to support school operations.

Hours are 34.5 per week, Monday to Thursday 9.00am–5.00pm and Friday 9.00am–4.30pm. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the Admin Manager and Senior Leadership Team in a thriving Catholic school,

The Governors of Holy Family Catholic School are seeking an Admissions, Attendance & Admin Officer to join the School as soon as possible.

The successful candidate will:

  • Administer the admissions process under the direction of the Admin Manager
  • Ensure that student data is accurate and kept up to date
  • Monitor attendance
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Provide administrative support to the Admin Manager and the Senior Leadership Team

Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm; Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm (34.5 hours per week).
