Job summary

Warrington & Vale Royal College is seeking a full-time Admissions Apprentice to support delivery of a responsive admissions service for current and prospective students. You will handle the admissions process from input to enrolment, screening applications and referring to support services as needed.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Qualifications

• 5 GCSEs (grade 4+), including Maths & English
• Experience of working with the general public is desirable
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Provide an efficient admissions service for all applicants from input to enrolment
• Input and screen applications; refer to support services as appropriate
• Request references and information to support applications
• Provide information to current and prospective students
• Collaborate with other departments to support the admissions process
