We are seeking anorganised, enthusiastic and professional Admissions and Marketing Assistantto support the delivery of our admissions and marketing functions. This varied role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent organisational skills and is confident managing data, communications and social media.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting prospective families throughout the admissions journey whilst contributing to the School’s marketing activities and digital presence.
Key responsibilities include supporting admissions administration and data management, coordinating enquiries, visits and events, assisting with marketing campaigns, maintaining social media channels, creating content and helping to track the effectiveness of admissions and marketing activities.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and customer service skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience of admissions, CRM systems, marketing, Canva or social media management would be advantageous.
