Leeds Trinity University is inviting a temporary admissions administrator to join the Admissions Team for a 12 month fixed-term contract (maternity cover).
The role supports undergraduate, postgraduate and Initial Teacher Training admissions, delivering a high level of service to applicants, staff and enquirers while working across the wider Marketing Communications and Recruitment department. Hybrid remote work is possible.

We are seeking to appoint a new team member to temporarily join our Admissions Team. The team is split into 3 areas, Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Initial Teacher Training. Each team is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all applicants, staff and enquirers relating to undergraduate and postgraduate degree student admissions.
The successful postholder will work within a new team which will cover programmes across a variety of areas, supporting other teams as we work on an exciting project to implement changes to our Admissions system.
The postholder will also be expected to work closely across the admissions service and with other colleagues within the wider Marketing Communications and Recruitment department.
The successful candidates should have strong proven administrative skills and experience; previous admissions experience in the Higher Education sector would also be a distinct advantage. Suitable candidates would be able to demonstrate the ability to exercise initiative, work in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and have excellent communication and digital literacy skills (to include MS Office).
The ability to work to deliver a high level of service is a critical aspect of the role, as is a professional and flexible approach to work, a good eye for detail due to the highly regulated nature of the work as well as good organisational and time management skills
This role will be located at Leeds Trinity University campus in Horsforth, Leeds. Through our agile working framework, there will also be some time spent working remotely, which will be discussed further with candidates at interview.
