The Role

This is a varied and exciting role where you'll manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth data handling, utility service coordination, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to client and supplier emails within agreed service levels
  • Process and input data accurately and efficiently
  • Validate and action supplier/client reports
  • Handle phone and email queries professionally from clients and utility companies
  • Scan, file, and maintain documents accurately
  • Create and edit documents using Microsoft Office
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate system records
  • Support wider team activities and train in other departments to enable cross-functional cover
