You should possess strong organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills, along with a good telephone manner and confidence in liaising with people at all levels.

Additional skills/requirements include:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Flex-benefits—various flexible benefits tailored to your needs.
  • Group Life Assurance cover.
  • Fully paid 3-month maternity, paternity, and adoption leave.
  • Support for professional qualification studies relevant to your role and career development.
  • Perks at work—discounts on cinema tickets, dining, luxury items, etc.

About Us:

Launched in 2018, Jensten is one of the UK's largest independent broking groups. We grow organically and through acquisitions, placing over £600m GWP into the market via retail insurance broking, Lloyd's and London Market broking, and specialist underwriting.

We bridge the gap between consolidators and provincial brokers, combining scale, ambition, and expertise with a culture rooted in client focus and entrepreneurial spirit. We are not only a leading independent broking group but also one of the most exciting.
