Bolton Council is recruiting an Administrator to join the Family Time Service. You will support day-to-day operations, coordinate meetings, handle enquiries, manage records and upload documents to Liquid Logic, playing a key part in keeping the service running smoothly and ensuring high-quality support for children and families.
You will be an organised, adaptable administrator with strong IT and communication skills, able to work both within a team and independently.
Grade C scp 5 £26,427 to scp 6 £26,847
Contract: fixed term 12 months
Hours: 37 per week
Essential qualification: NVQ Administration Level 2 or equivalent OR proven experience of working in an office environment

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Family Time Service and become part of the Bolton Family. Our service supports children in care to maintain important relationships with their parents, carers and extended family through supervised family time sessions.
You will play a vital role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the service. Working closely with managers and family time staff, you will coordinate meetings and room bookings, respond to enquiries from families and professionals, manage inboxes, maintain records and trackers, upload documents to Liquid logic, and ensure information is processed accurately and efficiently.
As part of a friendly and committed team, you will help us deliver a high-quality service that makes a real difference to children and families.
You will be an organised and adaptable administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills. You will enjoy working as part of a team while also managing your own workload effectively.
You will have strong IT and administrative skills, be confident using systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook, and have a keen eye for detail. Most importantly, you will be committed to supporting colleagues and helping us provide the best possible service for children and families
