Fixed Term Contract – Initially until the end of February 2026

Full Time, 37 hours

Freedom Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Business Support professional with a strong background in document control to join our team on a full-time basis. The role is initially a fixed-term contract until the end of February 2026. The successful candidate will support the Pre-Construction Manager on projects for our client, Sizewell C Ltd., working approximately 3 days on-site and 2 days with hybrid home working.

The role involves supporting ecologically sensitive projects, including vegetation removal, habitat creation, ecological consultancy, and land management activities. Key responsibilities include contractor management, stakeholder liaison, reporting, document review, and control of written responses.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure timely delivery of services and project deliverables in line with client expectations and schedules.
  2. Communicate proactively with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Coordinate with SZC Document Control to process health, safety, environmental, and quality documentation using Project Wise & Teamcenter.
  4. Perform quality checks on official documents transferred to SZC.
  5. Assist with 'As Built' information compilation and transfer.
  6. Raise purchase orders and assist in subcontractor management and compliance.
  7. Provide administrative support to colleagues, including onboarding, training, and equipment management.
  8. Order stationery, equipment, and manage vehicle bookings and travel arrangements.
  9. Support finance processes, including raising purchase orders and monitoring invoices.
  10. Maintain contractor and supplier onboarding documentation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience in document control, client communication, and project support.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
