Job summary

Leigh Academies Trust in London is seeking an Administrator (Apprentice) to support the school office and SLT, gaining hands-on experience and helping deliver operational excellence in a busy education environment.

This paid apprenticeship includes a fully funded Level 3 Business Administration qualification, 20% off-the-job study time, and mentorship from experienced education professionals. Hours are Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, for approximately 18 months.

Job description

This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in education administration! As an Administrator (Apprentice), you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of our college. Working alongside our School Office team and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will gain hands‑on experience, build valuable professional skills, and help deliver operational excellence in a dynamic, supportive environment. In this role, you will work collaboratively with colleagues, the Local Authority, and the wider Trust, learning how to manage daily administrative functions and handle sensitive information with care and discretion., GCSE Grade C/4 or above (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and ICT.
