Sodexo is seeking an Administrator for the Allocations team at HMP Peterborough, 37.5 hours per week. You will support the safe and efficient allocation of prisoners into education and employment opportunities, using IT systems and maintaining records.
The role requires organised, reliable individuals who can work under pressure with strong IT skills including Teams and Excel. You will collaborate across the prison to uphold secure processes and provide general admin support.

About the Role
As a General Administrator within the Allocations team, you will provide a range of administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the department and the wider prison.
The Allocations team is responsible for using multiple sources of information to place prisoners into suitable education and employment opportunities. Working in a busy environment, you will help ensure these opportunities are fulfilled efficiently and safely.
