An exciting opportunity has become available to join our team in Warrington as part of a friendly and experienced team of administrators. No two days are the same, and you’ll be working across a range of systems including Plan Day, Nourish, Jobtrain, our Learning Management System, and other internal platforms.

You will be based in Warrington and covering administrative work for a number of areas across the wider North West region, so flexibility and strong organisational skills are essential.

Your work will include maintaining accurate records for the people we support, updating staff training records, and playing a key role in recruitment. It’s a varied and rewarding position in a fast-paced, positive environment.

Working in social care is highly regulated and involves detailed record-keeping, but at its heart, it’s about supporting people to thrive.

We are looking for someone with strong digital skills, including confidence using Microsoft Teams, Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and other digital platforms, to ensure effective communication and accurate record management.

Come and put your skills to good use in a role where your contribution really matters.
