Job summary

Akari Care seeks an experienced Home Administrator to support the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams in Strood. You will ensure smooth day-to-day administration across the home, maintain records, coordinate HR duties, and contribute to health and safety compliance while delivering compassionate care to residents.

You will participate in ongoing training, support personal development, and help create a respectful, supportive environment for elderly residents and staff alike.
