Akari Care in Gateshead is seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our supportive homes. You will help deliver high-quality care, review and finalise care plans, and mentor junior staff within our Akari value-driven approach.
You will work alongside care teams to create a home-like atmosphere, tailor care to individual resident needs, and contribute ideas for social activities. We welcome capable junior carers ready to step up, with emphasis on communication and teamwork.
