Job summary

First Call Contract Services, Ltd. in St Ives (Cambridgeshire) is recruiting an Administrator to join a busy manufacturing and logistics operation.

The role pays £13.59 per hour and offers a long-term opportunity with weekly pay and overtime after 40 hours. Typical duties include printing and processing custom club work orders for UK/Europe, prioritising by date, handling emails from European CS teams and the UK admin, and allocating components on orders.

Qualifications

• Experience handling administrative tasks in a timing-driven environment.
• Strong email communication skills and professional correspondence etiquette.
• Experience in processing and tracking orders with attention to prioritisation.

We have an exciting opportunity to work for a internationally recognised manufacturing and logistics business, considered to be the leader in its field of golf.

Pay rate £13.59 per hour

Excellent long term opportunity

Main duties:

• Printing / processing all custom club work orders for all UK/Europe and
• Ensuring these are built in a date priority sequence.
• Answering Emails / enquiries from European Customer Service Teams and our Internal UK admin team.
• Allocating / Deallocating components off orders.

Shifts:

• 07.30 to 16.00pm Monday to Thursday
• 07.30 to 13.00 Friday

Pay rate:

• £13.59 per hour
• Paid weekly
• Overtime paid after 40hrs
• Saturday @ £20.39 per hour
