Job summary

Nicholas Associates Group Limited is recruiting for an Administrator to join the busy North Yorkshire Hub on the outskirts of Scarborough. The role focuses on order processing, customer communication and supporting the sales team in a fast-paced environment.

As a Sales Administrator you will enter orders, check details, update customer records and liaise with internal departments. Full-time temporary contract running until January 2027 with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in an Administrator, Sales Administrator, Order Processing or Customer Service role
• Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computerised systems
• Professional and reliable approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality administration support. The successful candidate will play a key role in order processing, customer communication, and supporting the wider sales team.

Sales Administrator Role

As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

We are looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator who can manage multiple tasks effectively and communicate confidently with customers and colleagues. You will ideally have:

• Previous experience in an Administrator, Sales Administrator, Order Processing or Customer Service role
• Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and computerised systems
• A professional and reliable approach to work
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

Previous experience within sales administration, order processing, customer service, or a general Administrator position would be advantageous; however, full training will be provided.
