Job summary

New College Durham seeks an organised administrator to provide diary management, minute taking and information collation for meetings. You will support curriculum teams with various administrative tasks, including team meetings, parents evenings and acting as a point of contact for enquiries.

The role also supports reception services, switchboard and marketing events, requiring a flexible approach and excellent customer service. Hybrid working and a range of staff benefits are available.

This role will include diary management, minute taking, collating information for meetings, supporting curriculum teams with various administrators tasks such as team meetings, parents evenings and being a direct contact for enquiries. The successful candidate will have a flexible approach with excellent customer service skills.
