  • Friendly, professional and passionate about providing excellent support and customer service.
  • Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A confident communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, databases and school administration systems.
  • A supportive team player who builds positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues.
  • Proactive, adaptable and able to use initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discreet and trustworthy, with a strong understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding responsibilities.
  • Reliable, enthusiastic and committed to continuous learning and development.

Experience of working in a school office would be preferred but not essential. If you bring positivity, professionalism and a genuine desire to make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
