Job summary

Underley Garden School is hiring a Domestic Assistant to support cleanliness and pupil wellbeing in a part-time, term-time-friendly role. You will work 15 hours per week, with shifts 6am-9am or 3pm-6pm, in Kirkby Lonsdale.

What you will be doing

Keeping classrooms, residential homes, offices and communal areas clean, safe and welcoming.

Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and maintaining high cleanliness standards across the school.

Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, changing areas and other facilities.

Replenishing essential supplies such as soap, paper towels and toilet rolls.

Using cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly.

Reporting any maintenance, safety or repair issues.

Supporting the wider team to ensure pupils and colleagues have an excellent environment every day.
