Job summary

Brook Street in Leeds is seeking a Business Services Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support within a busy office. You will help ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and deliver excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Business Services Administrator


Salary: £26,773 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.90 per hour
Location: Leeds

The Role


An established organisation is seeking a professional and organised Business Services Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support within a busy office environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of business support services while delivering excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to operational teams.
  • Arrange meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and distribute documentation.
  • Produce correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Respond to telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate communication between departments and external partners.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, bookings, and other administrative transactions.
  • Ensure documentation is maintained in line with organisational procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports and management information.
  • Support the continuous improvement of administrative processes and service delivery.
  • Carry out general office duties to support the wider team.
Essential Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
