Job summary

Clee Hill Community Academy is seeking an Administrator to join our team from 1 October 2026. The post involves reception duties, operating the telephone system, providing first aid for students and staff, and completing general administrative tasks.

It reports to the Headteacher and runs for term-time hours with a part-time contract. Ideal candidates will have Microsoft Office experience and NVQ 2 (or equivalent) plus a first aid qualification or willingness to train.

Responsibilities

  • Provide reception service and manage the telephone system.
