Job summary

Thrive Fostering in Harrow is seeking a motivated Administrator to provide essential support to the operational and social work functions.

You will handle general office tasks, DBS checks, record-keeping and data entry, and assist with recruitment and assessment of foster carers.

This role is office-based with a strong emphasis on confidentiality, GDPR compliance, and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative role in social care, education, or healthcare.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).

We are now seeking a motivated and highly organised Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to the operational and social work functions of the agency.

  • Experience working in a fostering, social care or not-for-profit environment Familiarity with fostering panel processes or compliance
  • Knowledge of data protection and GDPR requirements
  • Experience using fostering or care management software (e.g. CHARMS, Mosaic)
