Sirona care & health – England’s largest provider of adults’ and children’s community services – is seeking an Administrator to join the Integrated Neighbourhood Team in Woodspring. The role requires office-based work with travel to bases within north Somerset and occasional weekend/Bank Holiday shifts to support late finishes.
You will handle diverse admin tasks, support clinicians, use EMIS/ESR/Health Roster, and contribute to smooth service delivery across the locality.

We are looking for an Administrator to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Team (INT) in Woodspring!
The INT is a multi-disciplinary team who assess and manage a caseload of patients with varied and complex needs. You will support clinicians in a wide range of administrative tasks. The post holder will offer administrative support across the locality and will need to be flexible with regards to working across bases.
The post holder must be able to communicate effectively with service users and colleagues alike and able to express yourself equally well verbally and in writing. This is a busy role with a need for excellent IT skills and the ability to learn new IT systems efficiently.
You must be adept at multi-tasking and excellent at managing your time and prioritising tasks to facilitate the smooth running of this key team function.
As part of your role, you will be expected to work some weekends and bank holidays. This vacancy is aimed to cover our late shifts finish at 8 PM.
Travel to other bases within our locality in north somerset will be required.
