HCA Healthcare UK is seeking an Administrator to join The Portobello Clinic's Primary Care Team as a Practice Co-ordinator. Based in Notting Hill, the role supports the GP and delivers high-quality administrative and secretarial services.

You will work in a busy private clinic, provide front-line reception and admin support, and play a key role in patient registrations, billing and documentation. Training and career progression are offered within the HCA group.

Type: Permanent, Salaried Position
Salary: £30,484 - £32,755, depending on experience

We're looking for a Practice Co-ordinator to join our Primary Care Team based at The Portabello Clinic in Notting Hill.

The Portabello Clinic is one of London's most prestigious GP clinics and it cares for a wide range of patients from all over the world, many of them well known VIP's. The practice remains traditional at heart.

The is a very exciting one as you will work closely with a GP to support the care for their patients. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of secretarial and administrative support in Primary Care. The team is friendly and you will enjoy working in our prestigious private clinic.

You will have a calm, patient and polite telephone manner and you will have the ability to explain sometimes complicated processes to our patients. The role is interesting and challenging, you will be properly trained and supported working onsite in a small and friendly team. Good computer skills are important and experience in healthcare in a similar role will be an advantage.
