Job description

This role will stretch your organisational and prioritisation skills and give you the chance to shine while you do it. You'll take responsibility for the production of your team's assessment materials, moving them through each stage of the production cycle with care, accuracy and a strong sense of ownership. To make this happen, you'll need to direct your team's work, guiding colleagues through the tasks that keep each series on track. Whether it's typesetting, data setup, hard-copy handling, or day-to-day problem-solving, you'll help ensure everyone is focused on the right activities at the right time. This role often brings competing priorities, and you'll be the person who balances them, keeping everything moving while maintaining the high standards our work demands. Day-to-day, you'll be working closely with managers, peers, colleagues, examiners and internal teams, helping solve problems, supporting others, and ensuring the assessment material you oversee reaches 'approved-for-print' on schedule. If you enjoy being at the heart of a fast-paced environment where planning, directing and delivering all come together, this could be the perfect role for you. This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40-60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Aside from our hybrid principles, other flexible working requests will be considered from the first day of employment, including other work arrangements should you require adjustments due to a disability or long-term health condition.

Are you someone who thrives in a busy environment where your organisational skills keep complex processes running smoothly? If you enjoy supporting others and making things work behind the scenes, this could be the opportunity for you. You'll be someone who enjoys responsibility and who takes real pride in getting things right. You'll bring accuracy, strong organisation and a positive, collaborative attitude. You're not afraid to ask questions, to learn new processes quickly, and to support the people around you. You'll be comfortable working in a busy, deadline driven environment, and you'll understand the importance of confidentiality and data security in everything you do. Experience in Test Production is helpful but not essential, what matters most is your drive, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
