Job Description:

BettingJobs is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for an innovative sports betting company in their Warrington office. The role involves providing support to customers, providers, and the operations team, helping the team meet targets.

This position is suitable for an experienced administrative professional with a background in sports betting and gaming.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including contact details for communications, updates, and decommissioning customers.
  • Manage contract and billing administration using SAGE and other systems to process requests accurately and promptly.
  • Handle service activations, decommissioning, and stock issues/returns for customers.
  • Reconcile and update records in CRM.
  • Prepare data for customer mailings, process mail merges, and respond to responses.
  • Record notes from weekly team meetings, distribute to attendees, and store securely.
  • Produce control reports and investigate anomalies.
  • Ensure services are provided as per contracts and revenue is recognized correctly.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Experience in the betting industry.
  • Active participation in cross-functional operational teams.
  • Experience in a B2B environment.
  • At least 5 GCSEs including English and Maths.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) at Level II (Intermediate).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Effective workload prioritization and management skills.
  • Logical thinking with the ability to analyze cause and effect.
