You willhave strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritiseyour workload and respond effectively to the needs of different stakeholders.You will be reliable, tactful and sensitive, with a clear understanding of theimportance of confidentiality when working with students and families.
You willbe able to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team andwill have strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook.Knowledge of MIS packages would be an advantage but is not essential. An NVQLevel 2 qualification or equivalent is required.
You willalso demonstrate a flexible approach to your work and a commitment todeveloping your knowledge and practice.
