North Lanarkshire Council is recruiting for an Estates administrative role based at the Civic Centre, Motherwell. The post is a hybrid position with home and council offices as the workplace, offering a structured benefits package including leave and learning and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will have SVQ2 or equivalent, experience in administration, and the ability to analyse data and produce reports. Flexibility and strong IT skills are essential to succeed in this role.

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and innovative individual to join the Estates team who provide a wide range of property and cartographic services to the Council and some of its ALEO's. This is a key role ensuring the provision of an excellent administrative support service.
As you will be categorised as a Hybrid Worker, your place of work will be both your home address and Civic Centre, Windmillhill Street, Motherwell, ML1 1AB.
Educated to SVQ2 or equivalent you will have moderate experience in an administrative role together with good communication skills. You must have experience of financial procedures and policies, as well as being conversant in using various IT software packages.
To succeed in this role, you must have good organisational skills and be an innovative problem solver who is able to work independently. You must have good IT skills, be a clear verbal and written communicator and have the ability to analyse data and produce relevant reports. An understanding of the monitoring of Key Performance Indicators and Service Delivery Agreements would be advantageous.
Work Pattern:
Monday & Tuesday: 8.45am to 4.45pm
Wednesday: 12.15pm to 16:45pm
