An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated admin assistant with an HNC or SVQ III in an office/administrative related subject or equivalent admin experience to join the Keep Well team. The successful candidate will have knowledge of various software systems, office procedures, and the use of Microsoft Office packages, email, and the internet, as well as a working knowledge of IT and databases.
Keep Well is a community-based early intervention service aiming to provide person-centered, health-focused assessments, health-promoting conversations, and support to inspire health behavior changes and prevent disease. It targets those most vulnerable in society to reduce health inequalities and improve health and employment retention throughout Forth Valley. The successful candidate should have experience and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, both within and outside the NHS.
The post-holder will possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner and effective listening skills, with the ability to accurately note directions/issues communicated. They should be able to prioritize their workload, use initiative, tact, and diplomacy to resolve issues effectively, escalate when necessary, and demonstrate good customer handling skills. The ability to work accurately under pressure in a busy environment, be flexible, work independently with some guidance, and collaborate within a team is essential.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the service delivery area are required for this position.
The duties require the successful candidate to complete a Level 2 Disclosure Scotland check.
