Job summary

Witherslack Group is hiring a part-time administrator to keep our school running smoothly. You will support the senior administrator, manage the reception, and ensure accurate filing and reporting. The role suits organized, personable individuals who can handle busy periods with a friendly, reliable approach.

The position is based at our Castlefell School, serving children with SEND needs. The salary reflects 17 hours per week and paid holidays; full benefits are described in the job posting.

Qualifications

  • Have previous administration experience in a busy environment.
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Be able to keep a lot of plates spinning!
  • Be hard working, friendly and dependable and able to build a natural rapport with our young people.

Please note: that the above salary is based on the successful candidate working 17 hours per week which is a Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Our new Castlefell Schoolis a purpose built, brand new, state of the art school, catering primarily for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs but also providing for children with autism who have moderate learning needs. The school provides education for up to 50 children aged 8 to 16.
