Job summary

Witherslack Group is seeking an administrator to support our busy school operations. You will assist the senior administrator and manage reception duties with a professional approach, ensuring accurate filing and timely reporting.

The role emphasizes strong computer literacy, exceptional customer service, and reliability, contributing to a smooth school day for students and staff alike.

Qualifications

  • Have previous administration experience in a busy environment.
  • Have a high degree of computer literacy.
  • Be able to keep a lot of plates spinning!
  • Have excellent customer service skills.
  • Be hard working, friendly and dependable and able to build a natural rapport with our young people.

Responsibilities

  • Keep a busy school running smoothly by supporting the senior administrator.
  • Run the reception day to day with an efficient, professional approach.

Please note: that the above salary is based on the successful candidate working 17 hours per week which is a Thursday and Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Get Out What You Put In

You’ll be there to keep our busy school running smoothly, from supporting the senior administrator, to running the reception day to day. With your efficient, professional approach you’ll be responsible for accurate files and production of reports.

Our new Castlefell School is a purpose built, brand new, state of the art school, catering primarily for children with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs but also providing for children with autism who have moderate learning needs. The school provides education for up to 50 children aged 8 to 16.
