Job description

GTE Track Spray has a great opportunity for an enthusiastic Office All Rounder to join our team based in Welshpool, Perth on a Permanent full-time basis.

We do require the successful candidate to be based in Perth, Western Australia as this role will be based out of our office in Welshpool. You will be required to come into the office Monday to Friday.

This role reports directly to the National Business & Compliance Manager and will see you utilise your Finance and Clerical experience to build customer relationships, work with technicians and stakeholders with day to day office duties.

Core responsibilities in the role include:

  • Liaising with customers directly via email and phone calls on a daily basis
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping
  • Supporting the office teams day to day operations
  • Work cross functionally with the internal service delivery teams to ensure customer needs are being met.
  • A high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Collation and preparation of reports
  • Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in working in Business Support/Administration (essential)
  • Accounting/Bookkeeping/Financial industry experience with ability to manage online accounting software.
  • Excellent customer service skills (phone based)
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Proficient in reporting and creating complex report and analysis data systems for customized/individual reporting as required.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
  • High attention to detail
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working in a team environment
