The role involves supporting staff with administrative tasks including checking timesheets, managing expenses, and credit control.   • Right to work in the UK.

  • Checking crew timesheets for accuracy.
  • Support with expenses process.
  • Assist with credit control and other ad hoc tasks.

Due to growth here at Detectronic, we are on the look out for an Administrative Assistant to support our staff. The role is office based and a 12-month fixed term contract.

More about the role:

  • Checking crew timesheets for accuracy, raising queries with the appropriate line manager as necessary
  • Support with expenses process

Other areas of support:

  • Credit Control
  • Credit Cards
  • Adhoc tasks as / when required

About you:

  • Previous administration experience
  • High level of accuracy with an attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office in particular Excel (basic), Outlook and Teams.
  • Previous experience as part of an accounts, payroll or credit control team (Advantageous)
  • Experience with Sage 200 (Advantageous)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full clean UK driving licence
