Qualifications

Due to growth here at Detectronic, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our staff. The role is office-based and a 12-month fixed-term contract.

More about the role:

  1. Checking crew timesheets for accuracy, raising queries with the appropriate line manager as necessary
  2. Supporting the expenses process

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Credit Control
  • Credit Cards management
  • Ad hoc tasks as required

About you:

  • Previous administration experience
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (basic), Outlook, and Teams
  • Experience in accounts, payroll, or credit control (advantageous)
  • Experience with Sage 200 (advantageous)
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Full clean UK driving licence
