Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd is seeking a part-time Property Administrator to support the Technical Services team within a busy office environment. You will coordinate schedules, maintain property databases, process utility applications and generate reports, while liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Previous administration experience within a busy office environment.
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience maintaining databases, records and management information.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience within property, facilities, construction, maintenance or technical services environments would be advantageous.

  • Coordinating engineer and technician call-out schedules and site visits

A leading property and technical services organisation is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their team on a part-time basis. Supporting a busy Technical Services function, this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation that delivers a wide range of property, maintenance and operational services. Your new role

As a Property Administrator, you will provide administrative support across the Technical Services team, helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services and operational activities.
