A construction company in Glasgow seeks an administrative support role to assist the Project Team with various tasks. The position requires proficiency in English and Mandarin, a minimum GCE 'O' Level, and at least one year of relevant experience, ideally within the construction sector. The candidate should be able to start immediately and is expected to manage general office tasks efficiently.
Provide admin support to Project Team
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Handle general admin tasks (office maintenance, attendance checking on the time management system
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Willing to work at site
Requirements
Minimum GCE "O" Level
Minimum 1-year relevant working experience in an admin role preferably in the construction industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Liaise closely with head office for necessary documents
Able to commence work immediately or within short notice
