An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 2 Administrator to join the Powys Teaching Health Board Community Nursing Team. This role involves providing essential administrative support, ensuring smooth operations within the department. Ideal candidates will possess strong IT skills and excellent communication abilities. An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join the Powys Teaching Health Board Community Nursing Team.
We are looking to appoint a Band 2 Administrator for 25 hours per week to support the Community Nursing Team, based in Glan Irfon, Builth Wells.
Proficient IT skills (including experience of Microsoft Office) will be required as the post holder will be undertaking a variety of administrative duties to assist the day-to-day running of the department. The successful candidate will also possess excellent telephone and written communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a healthcare setting .
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
The Administration Assistant will provide a comprehensive frontdesk/administrative support service to the department.
