Job summary

Nuffield Health Chester Hospital is seeking an Administration Team Leader to oversee radiology administration operations. The role focuses on delivering timely, accurate data entry and supporting a compassionate patient experience within a medical setting.

You will lead a small team, ensure standard operating procedures are followed, train new staff, and coordinate resource allocation across the site. Experience in radiology and healthcare administration is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in a similar customer facing environment.
• Radiology experience is desirable and medical setting experience is essential.
• Good communication skills and knowledge of clinical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work within administration meets required standards and timescales.
• Enter, modify, maintain and present data using the appropriate electronic or manual system.
• Participate in induction, training and mentoring of new staff.
• Ensure work is carried out to deadlines and agreed procedures.
• Assist with coordination and monitoring of staff resources across the location.

Administration Team Leader Chester Hospital | Administration | Permanent | Full Time | Salary up to £28,000 per annum 37.5 hours per week

As a Radiology Administration Team Leader, you will:

• Ensure the work within the area of administration and support meets all required standards and timescales.
• Ensure all data/information is entered, modified, maintained and presented accurately and efficiently using the appropriate electronic or manual system and format.
• Participate in the induction, training and mentoring of new staff.
• Ensure that work is carried out to deadlines and within agreed working practices and procedures.
• Assist with the co-ordination, monitoring and use of staff resources across the location.
