Job summary

East Suffolk Council is recruiting an Administration Officer to support the Housing Investment team in delivering the Warm Homes Wave 3 programme. The role involves research, data collection, and performing administrative and financial duties to support targets.

You will join a team with 37 hours per week, flexible working options, and a fixed-term contract until July 2028, based at East Suffolk House and Riverside, Lowestoft, Suffolk.

Qualifications

• Experience working to agreed targets and deadlines.
• Relevant administrative experience, ideally within a team.
• Excellent oral and written communication with strong IT skills, especially Excel, and ability to manage data and produce reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the Capital Programme Team to delivery of Warm Homes Wave 3.
• Carry out detailed research and data collection to inform the programme rollout.
• Undertake administrative and financial duties to help the team meet delivery targets.
